Sensys' share warrants (TO4) provide the Company with SEK 18.3 million

SENSYS Traffic AB has received SEK 18.3m spread across 30.5 million shares, through share warrants known as TO4.
SENSYS Traffic AB has received SEK 18.3m spread across 30.5 million shares, through share warrants known as TO4.
In conjunction with a new share issue in 2012, Sensys Traffic AB issued two share warrant programs, known as TO3 and TO4, of which the latter (TO4) became due for payment on 31 October 2013. The subscription price was SEK 0.60 and subscriptions covered 95 percent of the share warrants, thus providing the Company with SEK 18.3m before issue costs, spread across 30.5 million shares.
