Sensys Gatso Group transfers its business operations to the wholly owned subsidiary Sensys International

With the purpose of achieving a clearer legal and fiscal structure within the group, Sensys Gatso Group AB has decided to transfer its business operations to the wholly owned subsidiary Sensys International AB.
This transfer comprises contracts, material rights and intellectual property rights attributable to the operations. Torbjörn Sandberg will remain CEO and employee of Sensys Gatso Group AB. Helena Claesson is appointed CEO of Sensys International AB. Following the transfer of business operations, Sensys Gatso Group AB will function as a holding company for the rest of the group. The change does not affect the group’s operations, financial reporting or other information disclosure to the market. Upon completion of union negotiations, the transfer of business operations will be carried out on 1 January 2017.
