As previously announced, the number of shares and votes in Sensys Gatso Group AB has changed as a result of the recently completed rights issue in the company.
Today, the last trading day of the month, there are in total 844,913,669 shares in the company, entitling to a total of 844,913,669 votes. The company holds no own shares.
