The Board of Directors of Sensys Gatso Group has started a process to recruit a new CEO. Torbjörn Sandberg will remain in the role as CEO until a new CEO has been recruited.
The background for the Board of Director’s decision is that the integration with Gatso has been finalised and it is now time to hand over to a new CEO for the next phase of the Sensys Gatso Group’s development.
“Following the successful merger between Sensys Traffic AB and Gatso Beheer BV, the company will increase its focus on growth opportunities. Torbjörn has been instrumental in the efficient integration of the two companies, and in setting a strong foundation for future growth”, says Chairman of the Board, Claes Ödman.
”My commitment to Sensys Gatso will not in any way change. I will focus to finish my assignment in such a way that the new CEO will have optimal possibilities to succeed”, says Torbjörn Sandberg.
