As previously announced, Sensys Gatso Group has carried out conversion of a vendor note which has resulted in a change in the number of shares and votes in Sensys Gatso Group.
After the conversion there are in total 860,024,407 shares in the company, entitling to a total of 860,024,407 votes. The company holds no own shares.
