Sensys Gatso receives contract extension in Winter Park, Florida

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, has through its subsidiary Sensys Gatso USA, signed a three-year contract extension for Managed Services with the City of Winter Park, Florida. The red light program, which began in 2009, has been extended four previous times and will continue through April of 2021 at an estimated contract value of just over $1 million USD.
Winter Park is touted as one of the finest cities in the state of Florida. Made up of brick-lined streets, sidewalk cafes, parks, trees and cultural attractions, Winter Park was voted the 2017 Bicycle Friendly City of the Year by the Florida Bicycle Association. Safety is paramount for its residents and the thousands of tourists who visit there each year.
