Sensys Gatso wins Managed Services takeover contract worth estimated SEK 8 million

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, through its subsidiary, Sensys Gatso USA, is taking over the automated speed enforcement program in Monroeville, OH, from its previous provider. The expected sales over the contract period of 5-years is estimated at SEK 8 million.
Sensys Gatso USA will deploy four fixed combined Red Light and Speed camera systems, one fixed speed camera system and two hand held speed units to the Monroeville, OH police department. Under this five year Managed Services contract with two year extensions possible, Sensys Gatso will handle the camera deployment, maintenance, officer training and the entire fulfilment process, which includes citations mailing and payment processing.
Monroeville is a small village located one hour west of Cleveland, Ohio. Running through the village is a major state route, SR 20, which runs east -west across Ohio from the Pennsylvania to Indiana border carrying thousands of vehicles each day.
