Sensys Gatso receives Purchase Order for upgrade of technology under an existing TRaaS maintenance services contract to the value of SEK 6.4 million

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, through its subsidiary Sensys Gatso Australia, has received a Purchase Order Award that extends the value of an existing TRaffic enforcement as a Service (TRaaS) contract by AUD 1 million, corresponding to SEK 6.4 million over the next 2 years. This order was received for the upgrade of camera systems for the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) Government. As a result of this order, the existing TRaaS maintenance services provided to the ACT Government will extend to a total contract value of services of AUD 1.45 million, corresponding to SEK 9.3 million over the next 2 years.
This Purchase Order under the existing TRaaS maintenance support contract for fixed camera systems enables the upgrade of existing systems to the T-Series technology platform. The upgraded systems are expected to be deployed by the end of 2020.
Sensys Gatso Australia's Managing Director Enzo Dri comments: "With the upgrade of existing systems to the T-Series technology platform, the ACT Government is optimising their ability to deter speeding and improve safety on the road network in the Territory. The TRaaS support services Sensys Gatso Australia provides the Territory enables the ACT Government to continue enforcement activity with a high availability solution."
