Number of shares and votes in Sensys Gatso Group

As previously announced, Sensys Gatso Group has carried out a reverse share split and directed share issue which has resulted in a change in the number of shares and votes in Sensys Gatso Group.
After the share issue and reverse share split there are in total 11,522,206 shares in the company, entitling to a total of 11,522,206 votes. The company holds no own shares.
