Sensys Gatso Group announces the timetable for the consolidation of shares and change of ticker symbol

At the annual general meeting of Sensys Gatso Group AB (publ) ("Sensys Gatso" or the "Company") on May 15th, 2023, it was decided to carry out a consolidation of shares at a ratio of 1:80, meaning that eighty (80) shares will be consolidated into one (1) new share. The meeting authorized the Board of Directors to determine the record date for the consolidation. In accordance with the decision of the annual general meeting, the Board of Directors of Sensys Gatso has determined that the record date shall be June 16th, 2023. The Company will also change its ticker symbol in connection with the consolidation of shares from SENS to SGG.
The last day of trading in Sensys Gatsos shares before the consolidation is June 14th, 2023, and the first day of trading in Sensys Gatsos shares after the consolidation is June 15th, 2023. Therefore, the Sensys Gatso share price will reflect the effect of the consolidation from June 15th, 2023 onwards.
As a result of the consolidation, the total number of shares in the Company will decrease from 921,776,480 shares to 11,522,206 shares.
Due to the consolidation, Sensys Gatsos shares will change their ISIN code as of June 15th, 2023. The new ISIN code for the Company's share is SE0020356244. The Company will also change its ticker symbol starting from June 15th, 2023. The new ticker symbol for the Company will be SGG.
Shareholders will automatically receive a new, lower number of shares in proportion to their holdings on the record date. Shareholders whose holdings of shares on the record date are not evenly divisible by 80 will receive shares free of charge to make their holdings evenly divisible by 80. The provision of shares will be carried out by Euroclear Sweden AB, without any further action needed by shareholders.
