Sensys Gatso Group CEO to step down; international search process underway

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, announced today that Ivo Mönnink will step down as CEO by October 1st, 2025, and will support the onboarding of his successor to ensure a smooth transition. The Board has initiated a comprehensive international search process to identify Sensys Gatso’s next CEO.
Ivo Mönnink began his tenure at Sensys Gatso Group AB in October 2017. After 8 years as CEO, Sensys Gatso and Ivo Mönnink concluded that it is time for a transition in leadership at Sensys Gatso.
Claes Ödman, Chairman of Sensys Gatso, is leading a Special Committee of the Board to conduct the CEO search in line with existing succession plans. The Committee expects a conclusion by the end of Q2 2025. Sensys Gatso has engaged Russell Reynolds Associates, a globally recognized search firm, to assist this international search.
