Sensys Gatso receives a 5 year extension of the service agreement from the Swedish Transport Administration

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety systems, through its subsidiary, Sensys Gatso Sweden, has from the Swedish Transport Administration (Trafikverket) received a 5 year extension of the existing TRaaS service agreement for the nationwide ATK program.

Sensys Gatso is Awarded a Five-Year Puls and Xilium Software license Contract Extension from Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, worth SEK 6 million

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety systems, has received a TRaaS contract extension for Puls and Xilium software licenses, to operate and maintain a red light, speed enforcement and section control program in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC). The total project is expected to yield approximately EUR 0.6 million in revenue, corresponding to SEK 6 million, over a five-year contract term.

Sensys Gatso Australia signs extension agreements for supply and maintenance of ANPR traffic safety systems to the state of New South Wales

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety systems, through its subsidiary Sensys Gatso Australia, has signed extension agreements for the supply and maintenance of Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) systems with the New South Wales (NSW) Government. The initial term of the agreements is 5 years with 2 extension options of 1 year each. The initial Project order to extend the TRaaS maintenance of existing systems is expected to be received in the coming month to the value of AUD 3 million, corresponding to SEK 20 million.

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, has received an order for speed and red-light traffic safety systems with a value of SEK 5 million for the emirate of Fujairah in the United Arab Emirates.

Sensys Gatso LATAM receives first order from new market Ecuador, worth approximately SEK 5 million

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, through its subsidiary Sensys Gatso LATAM, has received an order for the supply and support for traffic enforcement services from its partner Great Group to be implemented in the city of Duran, Ecuador. The order has a value of approximately SEK 5 million. This is the first order for a new country for Sensys Gatso in the strategic LATAM Region.

Sensys Gatso chosen to implement Low Emission Zone enforcement program in the City of Haarlem

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, has been awarded by the City of Haarlem, Netherlands, to implement and operate a Low Emission Zone enforcement project to contribute to a more sustainable city for its 235’000 inhabitants. It is the intention of the City to have zero emission from trucks and vans by 2025 in the appointed zone.

Sensys Gatso establishes Sensys Gatso Colombia through a Joint Venture agreement with Capatest

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, today signed a joint venture agreement with Capatest, a Colombian leader in Automated Traffic Enforcement, to jointly operate a full TRaaS Managed Service Model in the growing Colombian market. Sensys Gatso Group, through its subsidiary Sensys Gatso LATAM, holds 51% of the shares in the newly established company, Sensys Gatso Colombia S.A.S based in Barranquilla. Sensys Gatso Colombia, once fully operational, will start its operations with two enforcement contracts currently operated by Capatest. The estimated value of these full TRaaS Managed Service programs is USD 17 million, corresponding to SEK 145 million, over the remaining 17 year contract period.

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, has received multiple orders for speed and red-light traffic safety systems with a combined value of SEK 5 million from the United Arab Emirates.
