Sensys Gatso establishes Sensys Gatso Colombia through a Joint Venture agreement with Capatest
Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, today signed a joint venture agreement with Capatest, a Colombian leader in Automated Traffic Enforcement, to jointly operate a full TRaaS Managed Service Model in the growing Colombian market. Sensys Gatso Group, through its subsidiary Sensys Gatso LATAM, holds 51% of the shares in the newly established company, Sensys Gatso Colombia S.A.S based in Barranquilla. Sensys Gatso Colombia, once fully operational, will start its operations with two enforcement contracts currently operated by Capatest. The estimated value of these full TRaaS Managed Service programs is USD 17 million, corresponding to SEK 145 million, over the remaining 17 year contract period.

Sensys Gatso receives five-year TRaaS contract, valued at SEK 12 million for speed photo enforcement in the Village of Mayfield, Ohio
Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, through its American subsidiary Sensys Gatso USA, has been selected by the Village of Mayfield, Ohio to provide an interstate speed camera safety program complete with software and fulfillment services. The estimated value of this fully managed service program is USD 1.5 million, corresponding to SEK 12 million, over the five-year period.

Investigation into Sensys Gatso Netherlands legally dismissed
The Fiscal Information and Investigation Service (FIOD) in the Netherlands has concluded the investigation into Sensys Gatso Netherlands B.V., former Gatsometer B.V. and subsidiary to Sensys Gatso Group AB, and found no evidence to substantiate any allegations of misconduct. The case has been legally dismissed by the Dutch Prosecution.

Sensys Gatso USA Receives Five-year TRaaS Contract from Hoschton, Georgia, worth SEK 10 million
Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety systems, through its subsidiary, Sensys Gatso USA has entered into a new school zone safety program in the state of Georgia. This managed service speed enforcement program with Hoschton is five years in duration and is expected to yield approximately USD 1.2 million, corresponding to SEK 10 million over the contract term.

Sensys Gatso receives final payment for first order from Tahakom, Saudi Arabia
On September 24th 2018 Sensys Gatso, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, announced the receipt of a first order for in-vehicle systems worth SEK 66 million, from our customer Tahakom in Saudi Arabia. Today the final payment was received, marking the completion of this first order.

Sensys Gatso Australia receives order for traffic safety systems and services worth SEK 11 million and enables SGG's global solution development model
Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety systems, through its subsidiary Sensys Gatso Australia, has received an order to the value of AUD 1.8 million, corresponding to SEK 11.4 million for the supply and installation of road traffic safety systems and services to the Victorian Government.
