Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, through its American subsidiary, Sensys Gatso USA is now under contract with East Providence, R.I. for Red Light Enforcement and School Zone Speed Enforcement valued at approximately USD 4 million, corresponding to SEK 34 million, over the five-year contract period.

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions has, through its subsidiary Sensys Gatso USA, signed a five-year, TRaaS contract extension with Abington, PA, valued at approximately $2,500,000 USD over the contract period, corresponding to SEK 23 million.

In accordance with the annual general meeting’s decision, the chairman of the board of directors has convened a nomination committee for the annual general meeting 2021.

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, has received a four year TRaaS contract extension for the operation and maintenance of the Dutch A4 section control system which is part of the EG033 contract. The contract extension has a value of EUR 550 thousand, corresponding to SEK 5.7 million, over the four year period. With this four years extension, the total length of this TRaaS contract will be 12 years.

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, publishes the financial report for the third quarter 2020 at 8.30 am CET on Thursday November 26 and hereby invites to a presentation/audiocast at 10 am CET. The company’s CEO Ivo Mönnink and CFO Simon Mulder will present the financial results in English.

The number of shares and votes in Sensys Gatso Group AB has increased as a result of the conversion of the vendor loan as announced on August 6, 2020. The installment of EUR 1 million has partly been converted into 8,180,523 new shares. The conversion price amounted to SEK 1.1583. The total number of shares and votes in Sensys Gatso amounts to 921,776,405.

The number of shares and votes in Sensys Gatso Group AB has increased as a result of the Directed Share Issue resolved upon by the Board of Directors on September 9, 2020.

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, has promoted Saman Alae Naziri, Regional General Manager of its Middle East Region, to become a member of the global Extended Management Team.

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions has, through its subsidiary Sensys Gatso USA, signed a five-year, TRaaS contract extension (allowing for two additional, single year extensions) with Edgewood, FL, valued at approximately $720K USD over the contract period, corresponding to SEK 7 million.
