Sensys Gatso has received a procurement award for red-light and mobile speed enforcement in Malaysia worth SEK 14 million

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, has been awarded through its Malaysian partner a tender to supply the Malaysian Government with traffic enforcement products and services for two years. Sensys Gatso received the first order under the procurement award for the first batch consisting of in-vehicle speed enforcement equipment, corresponding to SEK 1,8 million. The in-vehicle systems will be installed in Q4, 2020.

Sensys Gatso activates first section control systems on rural roads in the Netherlands

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, has received notification from the Dutch Prosecution Service that the first section control system is accepted and will be put in operation from July 7th 2020 onwards.

Sensys Gatso completed growth financing with Rabobank of SEK 50 million

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, has completed the financing transaction of SEK 50 million with Rabobank for financing of its growth plan. As mentioned in our Q1 2020 report to the market, we have met our expectation to close this transaction in the second quarter.

Sensys Gatso receives four year TRaaS contract extension, valued at SEK 8 million, for section control in the Netherlands

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, has received a four year TRaaS contract extension for the operation and maintenance of the Dutch A2 section control system which is part of the EG033 contract. The contract extension has a value of EUR 800 thousand, corresponding to SEK 8 million, over the four year period. With this four years extension, the total length of this TRaaS contract will be 12 years.

Sensys Gatso receives five year TRaaS contract, valued at SEK 21 million for school zone photo enforcement in the city of Parma, Ohio

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, through its American subsidiary Sensys Gatso USA, has been selected by the city of Parma, Ohio to provide six school zone safety camera systems complete with software and fulfillment services. The estimated value of this fully managed service program is USD 2.2 Million, corresponding to SEK 21 million, over the five year period.

Sensys Gatso confirms contract signature in Costa Rica, Central America, valued at SEK 192 Million

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, through its American subsidiary Sensys Gatso USA, confirms the contract has now been signed with the Cosevi Road Safety for the country’s Nationwide Intelligent Transportation System. The expected total contract value to Sensys Gatso for equipment, software and maintenance is approximately USD 20 Million, corresponding to SEK 192 Million. Alongside the systems agreement of USD 13.7 Million, corresponding to SEK 132 Million, there is an additional TRaaS maintenance and staffing contract estimated at USD 1.6 Million annually, corresponding to SEK 15 Million, for a contract period of four years.

Sensys Gatso has implemented its Low Emission Zone software solution in the city of Amsterdam

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, through its subsidiary Sensys Gatso Netherlands, has received final acceptance from its customer, the City of Amsterdam, for the implementation of PULS, used for the automated enforcement of Amsterdam’s Low Emission Zone. The signing of this SEK 6 million contract was announced in our press release of November 28, 2018.
