Sensys Gatso Group (publ) - Due to a fire at one of its suppliers for the T-series Sensys Gatso may experience some interruption in deliveries during December 2018.

The contract duration is five years. The total contract value over the contract period amounts to EUR 500,000, corresponding to SEK 6 million.

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, has received a purchase order worth 0.56 MEUR, corresponding to 5.6 MSEK from its partner Oulun Energia Urakointi Oy in Finland. The purchase order is part of the 30 MSEK procurement award Sensys Gatso received in May 2018.

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, has through its subsidiary Sensys Gatso Australia, received an order worth AUD 0.9 million, corresponding to SEK 5.8 million, for new traffic safety systems supply and services to the New South Wales Government.

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, through its subsidiary, Sensys Gatso Deutschland GMBH, has been awarded an automated traffic enforcement program in Bochum. The expected sales over the contract period of 5-years is estimated at EUR 500.000, corresponding to SEK 5 million.

As previously announced, Sensys Gatso Group has carried out conversion of a vendor note which has resulted in a change in the number of shares and votes in Sensys Gatso Group.

Today’s press release has been updated with information on conversion price and dilution.

In connection with the acquisition of Gatso Beheer in 2015 a vendor note of approximately EUR 6.8 million was issued as part of the consideration. As stated in the press release issued on June 23, 2015 the vendor loan may under certain circumstances be converted into new shares in Sensys Gatso Group. The first instalment of EUR 3 million of the vendor loan fell due on July 31, 2018. Approximately EUR 1.6 million of this instalment is still outstanding and will now, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the vendor loan, be converted into 15 110 738 new shares to be issued to Gatso Special Products.
