An Extraordinary General Meeting in Sensys Gatso Group AB has been held on 25 September 2017 in Jönköping.

The Township of Abington, Pennsylvania has decided to extend the current contract for managed service with Gatso USA, a subsidiary of Sensys Gatso Group with 3 years till November 2020. This extension of the automated red light enforcement program has a value of USD 1.5 million, corresponding to SEK 12 million.

Sensys Gatso Group, the global leader in traffic safety solutions, has through its subsidiary Gatso Australia received an order worth AUD 0.9 million, corresponding to SEK 5.8 million. The assignment includes traffic safety systems upgrade and services to the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) Government.

The shareholders of Sensys Gatso Group AB (publ.) are hereby invited to the extraordinary general meeting on Monday 25 September 2017 at 3pm at the Company’s offices at Vasavägen 3c, Jönköping.
