Iowa Supreme Court REVERSES 2017 Decision authorizing Iowa Department of Transportation to Regulate Cities’ Automated Traffic Enforcement Cameras

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, through its subsidiary Sensys Gatso USA, has on-going Managed Services contracts with the cities of Des Moines, Cedar Rapids and Muscatine Iowa. For the past 12 months these programs have largely been scaled back due to the Iowa Department of Transportation’s (IDOT) order to have the cities’ remove or relocate certain cameras.

Order from Australia worth SEK 9 million

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, has through its subsidiary Sensys Gatso Australia, received an order worth AUD 1.4 million, corresponding to SEK 9 million for traffic safety systems upgrade and services to the South Australian Government.

Sensys Gatso receives contract extension in Winter Park, Florida

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, has through its subsidiary Sensys Gatso USA, signed a three-year contract extension for Managed Services with the City of Winter Park, Florida. The red light program, which began in 2009, has been extended four previous times and will continue through April of 2021 at an estimated contract value of just over $1 million USD.

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, has through its subsidiary Sensys Gatso USA, signed a three-year contract extension for Managed Services with the City of Maitland, Florida. The red light program, which began in 2009, will continue for three more years and has an estimated contract value of $620K USD.

Sensys Gatso is granted contract extension in Tuscaloosa, Alabama

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, has through its subsidiary Sensys Gatso USA, signed a contract extension with the City of Tuscaloosa, Alabama for Managed Services. The extension of this red light traffic enforcement program is for a minimum of one year with the potential for three years, if new intersection cameras are added. The estimated revenue for the three-year contract term is $580K USD.

Sensys Gatso receives an order for in-vehicle traffic enforcement systems from the Middle East

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, has received an order for in-vehicle based traffic enforcement systems from a governmental customer in Saudi Arabia. The order concerns the delivery of systems to a potential total value of EUR 10 million, corresponding to SEK 100 million. The order is under condition that both parties agree on final terms and conditions.

Sensys Gatso wins procurement contract in Finland

Sensys Gatso, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, has through its partner Oulun Energia Urakointi Oy been notified of a procurement award decision from their customer stating that it has won the procurement contract for new traffic-safety cameras in Finland. This decision may be appealed during a period covering the next 14 days. The contract concerns systems to a value of estimated SEK 30 million.
