The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Sensys Traffic AB has been held in Jönköping
The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) re-elected Ingemar Skogö, Claes Ödman, Gunnar Jardelöv, Karin Ahl and Helena Nordman-Knutson as members of the Board of Directors. Former member of the Board of Directors Torbjörn Sandberg resigned to instead go in as CEO for the company. Gunnar Jardelöv was re-elected Chairman of the Board of Directors and Clas Ödman was elected as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. PwC with public authorised accountant Martin Odqvist was also elected as auditor of Sensys up to the AGM to be held in 2016.

Torbjörn Sandberg new CEO of Sensys Traffic – leads the company into an expansive phase
Sensys Traffic is moving into a new phase with a new CEO. Having established itself as a strong player in the market, the company is now entering a new phase in which the focus is on growth, both organic and through acquisitions, continued internationalisation and business development. Torbjörn Sandberg is replacing Johan Frilund, who will assume responsibility for strategic business development following this change.
