SENSYS Traffic AB has obtained an order worth SEK 2.7 million from the Swedish Transport Administration for the monitoring of train pantographs.

SENSYS Traffic AB's exclusive distributor in the United States – Sensys America – has been chosen as supplier of speed and red-light enforcement systems to Washington DC.

SENSYS Traffic AB obtained today an order from China worth SEK 1 million regarding systems for monitoring vehicle speed.

SENSYS Traffic AB signed a three-party agreement today with the Royal Oman Police as end-customer and their partner Trifoil, regarding an order that Sensys received in April this year.

During 2011 and 2012 SENSYS Traffic has driven the internal process to accomplish certification in accordance with ISO 9001:2008. The positive result of the final audit in June means that the company has now obtained its certificate.

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) re-elected Peter Svensson, Anders Norling, Jeanette Jakobsson, Ingemar Skogö and Claes Ödman, and elected Gunnar Jardelöw and Torbjörn Sandberg as members of the Board of Directors. PwC with public authorised accountant Martin Odqvist was also re-elected as auditor of Sensys up to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held in 2013.

Sensys Traffic AB (publ) has completed the new issue of shares and warrants with pre-emptive rights adopted by the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on 19 March 2012. The new issue has been fully subscribed and will provide the Company with SEK 28.8 million before issue costs.

SENSYS Traffic AB has received an order worth SEK 24 million for delivery to one of Sensys' new markets in the Middle East.
