Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, publishes the financial report for the second quarter and first half-year 2023 at 8.30 am CET on Thursday August 17 and hereby invites to a presentation/audiocast at 10 am CET. Sensys Gatso receives an order from North Africa worth SEK 8,7 million

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety systems, through its subsidiary Sensys Gatso Netherlands, has received an order for in-vehicle based traffic enforcement systems spare parts worth EUR 754 thousand, corresponding to SEK 8,7 million, from North Africa.

Sensys Gatso receives a seven-year TRaaS contract for traffic safety in Bensalem worth SEK 22 million, expanding the footprint in Pennsylvania

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, through its subsidiary, Sensys Gatso USA, has executed a seven-year base-term automated red light enforcement contract with the Township of Bensalem, PA. The contract is estimated to be worth up to $2.1 million (USD) corresponding to SEK 22 million. The program will include red light enforcement systems and is anticipated to begin in early fall.

Share issue in Sensys Gatso Group

Sensys Gatso Group has, in accordance with the authorisation from the Annual General Meeting on May 15, 2023, resolved on a directed share issue to Erik Penser Bank who acted as guarantor in connection with the reverse share split. Erik Penser Bank provided shares to the shareholders whose shareholding on the record date was not evenly divisible by 80. In total, Erik Penser Bank provided 8,152 shares. The Board of Directors has today resolved on a new issue of 8,152 shares in order to compensate Erik Penser Bank. The share issue has been carried out free of charge and an amount of SEK 32,608, corresponding the quota value per issued share, has been transferred from the unrestricted equity to the share capital.

Sensys Gatso Group has signed a new MSEK 100 facility agreement with Rabobank Netherlands for financing US Growth plan

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, has signed a new facility agreement with Rabobank Netherlands for financing the US Growth plan. The facility agreement can be used for investments in the US on Fixed Assets in Operations. The facility will remain available until 31 December 2024. The withdrawals from the facility are converted into loans of SEK 25 million each with a repayment period of 5 years.

Sensys Gatso executes on its commercial strategy - releasing the financial outlook for 2023

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, executes on its commercial strategy and communicates the financial guidance for the full year 2023, and confirms the financial goals for 2025. Sensys Gatso is entering a new phase and now aims to attract additional international investors. The AGM resolved on the 1:80 reversed split as the first step. The financial guidance for 2023 is the second step. The Sensys Gatso consolidated shares will be traded under the new ticker SGG from June 15, 2023.

Sensys Gatso signed a 5-year procurement agreement in the Middle East for speed and red-light enforcement systems worth SEK 152 million

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, through its subsidiary, Sensys Gatso Sweden, has signed a five-year procurement agreement worth SEK 152 Million. The agreement is signed with a local partner in the Middle East region and covers speed and red-light enforcement systems. First deliveries worth SEK 16 Million are planned to be executed within 2023. Annual deliveries for the remaining four years of the agreement are expected to increase, to fulfil the needs of the customer based on this agreement.
